Eligible staff may receive up to $5,000 in Education & Professional Development Grant funding per fiscal year, with a maximum of $15,000 over the course of their employment.
Grants exceeding $1,000 require recipients to commit to a one-year service term with Victoria Hospital or ACCESS Fort Garry following grant approval. (Note: This service requirement is waived in the event of a layoff after receiving funds).
