Built to address the growing need for mental health resources, this space enables innovative therapies and programs that aid in the recovery journey. By immersing in nature—surrounded by greenery, colorful flowers, and fresh air—community members can reap the therapeutic benefits of this greenspace.

Mental Health Benefits of Greenspace and Fresh Air

Research shows that access to greenspace can improve cognitive function, particularly in older adults, while also reducing stress, mental fatigue, and enhancing concentration. Spending time outdoors is known to support mental wellness, making spaces like Will & Mavis Tishinski Tranquility Trail an essential resource for both patient recovery and community mental health.
