Victoria Hospital Foundation’s community impact partner ACCESS Fort Garry provides a wide range of coordinated and accessible health and social services for individuals and families living in the community area, especially for those with complex needs.
ACCESS Fort Garry is one of eight ACCESS Centres in Winnipeg, which are each designed to meet the unique needs of the community they serve.

The new ACCESS Fort Garry Therapeutic Garden is a welcoming and safe outdoor environment designed to foster trust, encourage open conversations, and support wellness. This innovative space enhances treatment experiences and helps individuals feel more comfortable accessing formal supports.
Once complete, the garden will feature seven unique areas, each inspired by the Seven Sacred Teachings: love, respect, courage, honesty, wisdom, humility, and truth.
